Are you a star in numbers, administration and do you like to keep the back office completely in order? Then we are looking for you!
In a small team you will contribute to making the national and international furniture and interior design industry more sustainable. We upcycle textile waste to design furniture and interior products. With this we mainly furnish offices, restaurants and hotels. We have already realized many sustainable interiors for large and small companies. And fortunately more and more organizations choose sustainability, because Planq is growing fast. That's why we are looking for an administration & back office hero or heroine!

You get a lot of energy from working in a young, small and especially fun team. If there are also figures, administration and back-office related tasks, your work week can't get any better! You ensure a smooth order & production process from 'a to z', support colleagues and customers with finances and process and check the incoming and outgoing invoices. In addition, you keep a close eye on the daily accounting, prices and stock.
This is where you recognize yourself:
At least a completed MBO4 education (preferably commercial or administrative);
0 to 5 years of experience in an administrative position in a commercial environment;
You are familiar with an accounting program such as Exact Online and know how to keep the organization running smoothly through an online planning tool;
Structure is your middle name.
